Concrete Canoe

The ASCE Concrete Canoe Competition is an annual competition run by the American Society of Civil Engineers. The competition involves:
- construction of a canoe mold based on the structural design
- design of the unique concrete mix
- creation of the aesthetic designs of the canoe and the displays
- production of a technical report
- delivery of a technical presentation
Notre Dame has done well in the canoe competition at its regional symposium over the past few years, earning second-place finishes since 2024!

- 2023: Canoena Matata
- 2024: Canoeniverse
- 2025: ND500
- 2026: Vengeance
